There isn’t always time to prepare healthy meals and it’s always easier to grab what is convenient.

By the time we get home, we are too tired to do anything, we just want to sit down and relax.

Our schedules are sometimes all over the place, making it hard to get into a routine.

You want to live a healthier life, but the thought of meal prepping and cooking has you stressed.

You are constantly stressed out or have anxiety that it makes it hard to get a decent amount of sleep every night.

You've wanted to do Whole 30 or follow a Paleo diet but don’t have enough time or know where to begin


As someone who has been there and still struggles from time to time, I get it. A few years ago I decided to take control of my health after having high cholesterol, found out I was anemic after a blood clot form following my last marathon and also suffer from an iron deficiency.


It definitely took a toll on me. I might have looked happy on the outside, but in reality I was struggling with anxiety and lost confidence in myself.


I learned how to finally meal prep in a way that would work with my schedule and joined an accountability group. I also started Drinking Shakeology which gives me the nutrients and vitamins I need for my busy life.  I started working out again about 30 – 40 min a day without having to go to the gym because I sure didn’t have time for that!

Now I’m so much more motivated and can actually manage my schedule and stay fit and happy. I can do this all now without being stressed and exhausted. Finally eating foods to fuel my body with no sugar cravings.  I’ve adapted a whole food and paleo diet which I follow much of the time and doing so has even lowered my cholesterol!
