Hi! I’m Kristen. I’m a Health and Fitness Coach helping others lead a healthier life. I went to Institute for Integrative Nutrition and also received a certificate from the Primal Health Coach Institute. I’m currently studying to be a Personal Trainer as well. Once I started getting rid of processed foods, I felt so much better. I mostly follow a Primal Diet but also believe in balance.
