You will also learn how to eat healthy when you don’t have all the time in the world and you are constantly on the go. We’ll also focus on goal setting and time management by planning out your meals a few days in advance so your not wasting time cooking and figuring out what you want to eat daily. I recently finished Whole 30 and lost 12 lbs and 5 inches and will be incorporating Whole 30 recipes as well as Paleo. There is no one perfect diet for everyone, but some of these habits and meals can lead you to what works best for you!
